Merriam Webster Word of the Day is available at the website or as a daily email subscription. The podcast of their Word of the Day should be helpful to younger students studying for the National Spelling Bee, since the word is pronounced and spelled. Check the left Word-of-the-Day sidebar for word games and other vocabulary resources.
